*Standard Cleans*

Typically involves basic maintenance tasks to keep a home tidy and hygenic, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning bathroom and kitchens.

*Deep Cleans*

$0.25/sqft

A thorough cleaning process that goes beyond routine cleaning, targeting areas often overlooked and removing accumulated dirt, grime and bacteria.

*Routine Cleans*

(pricing will be based off of the initial deep clean)

Routine cleans usually take place after an initial deep clean has been completed. A routine clean is to keep up on that initial deep clean. Customers can choose between weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly routine cleans!

*Move In/ Move Out*

$0.30-$0.35/sqft

Or end of tenancy cleans are completed after a property has been lived and is needing cleaned for another tenant, vacancies, and or just maintenance cleans done regularly for the purposes of moving in and out!
